On The Ground
At the Creator Share Foundation, we welcome kind-hearted and committed individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and rescue animals. Whether you’re local or international, skilled or simply full of love to give, there may be a place for you in our work.
We are currently developing a structured volunteer program, with intake groups focused on specific projects - such as building, education, permaculture, or therapy - where participants help fundraise for, carry out, and complete a meaningful initiative during their stay. These group efforts ensure a lasting impact while minimizing disruption to the lives of the children in our care.
Because we prioritize the emotional wellbeing of our children, who often had to face loss of loved ones before, we are careful about short-term visits that can result in repeated goodbyes. For this reason, we do not accept casual or short-term volunteers on an ongoing basis. However, we warmly welcome qualified volunteers in specific areas such as special needs education, therapy, medical care, farming, media and communications, veterinarians and more. If you feel your skills may be a good match, we encourage you to reach out.

You can still help! We are also building opportunities to volunteer from afar - using your time, network, and skills online to support fundraising, design, media, translation, and more.
Whether your heart is called to work with children, help care for rescue animals, or build community projects, we’re grateful you’re considering sharing your time and energy with us. Just like our founder, John and his wife Fritzi, who began here as volunteers and never left, you might find that this little village in Tanzania captures your heart in ways you never expected.

If you are a school, or college, university etc with any project ideas for research, or building or anything in between, we also welcome communications with yourself. We don't accept volunteers all year round, but if you are a long term volunteer, of course this does not apply.
